Description
This style, which is said to have originated in France, became immensely popular as a high-status “must have” chair in Georgian England and it’s not hard to see why. Its classic styling, turning parts, and back fretwork combine with its primary function – to be a comfortable chair – to create a genuinely lovely and timeless design.
Available in solid oak or beech, in a range of different finishes including waxed, lacquered and painted or simply raw and unfinished. We are always more than happy to discuss a more customised finish, select this option from the drop down box and either telephone us on 01884841789 or email us at sales@woodmanchairs.co.uk.
